Call us at our showroom during regular hours Monday thru Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST, at 1-800-240-6433. If you call after hours, please leave a CLEAR message and we will return your call. You can also email us with a time you would like us to call you.

Method 2: By Email

  • You will receive an email to confirm your order along with total costs.
  • We can call you or you can call us during shop hours, Monday thru Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST to pay by credit card.

  • Shipping Costs:
    When order is placed you will be emailed with a confirmation of your order, total costs and approximate shipping time. You may call any time with your questions.   • Delivery Date:
    We maintain a large inventory of our chairs. Products typically ship with 2-4 weeks, but may be expedited if you live within 2 hours of Lancaster, PA. Delivery time for some larger products may be longer.
  • Payment by Check:
    If you choose to pay for your order by personal or company check, your order will be shipped after your check has cleared.
  • Payment by Credit Card:
    PLEASE NOTE: We currently cannot process credit card numbers received by any method over the Internet (including email). We will gladly accept credit card payment by telephone or in writing.
