This finish will oxidize and will eventually more closely resemble the dark
antique brass finish. This process occurs faster when exposed to outdoor elements and generally occurs in a two to
four week period (length of time varies depending upon exposure). The indoor lighting maintains the raw brass finish
for a longer period of time. The change may occur between 6 months and two years, but this will also vary depending upon
conditions. In most cases this finish takes longer to oxidize than the antique brass finish. The reason many people purchase
this finish because of their appreciation of this aging process.
